Position: Operations Manager
Location: Erith (Remote office- No public transport links available)
Salary: £40,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus (Est. £5k in first year)

Are you a results-driven, dynamic individual with a passion for managing people? We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join an organisation in the distribution industry to manage the fantastic sales team. If you have the skills and experience to drive sales growth and lead a team to success, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small sales team of 6 people to achieve targets and drive revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base
- Mentoring the team and providing support.
- Build strong relationships with key clients to maximise business opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
- Processing Customer Orders alongside the team
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales/ Ops Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader or a candidate with extensive sales experience looking to take the next step up in their career
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales techniques
- Full UK driving licence- due to location of the office
