Job Title: Production Support Aide
Location : Mount Vernon Hospital, Northwood, HA6 2RN
Site relocating to Luton & Dunstable hospital late 2025
Location (2025): The L&D Hospital, Luton, LU4 0DZ
Pay: £13.80 per hour
Duration: 12 months + with a view to further extension
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift pattern: Between the hours of 4am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday

Our client, a leading organisation in the industrial and construction sector, is seeking a Production Aide to join their team at Mount Vernon Hospital in Middlesex.
As a Production Aide , you will play a vital role in supporting the production and manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, providing essential support to the team. From handling and moving materials within our stores to assembly and disassembly work on the production line , your contributions will ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.
Requirements:
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle , free onsite parking is available
- Due to the physical demands of the role you will be able to lift up to 25kg
What you'll do:
- Sort, handle, and move materials, components and parts within the production area.
- Fill up hand stocks to keep the production line running smoothly.
- Use basic hand tools to complete assembly and disassembly.
- Assist machine operators in stocking or reloading the machines.
- Provide other generic support activities as required within specific production operations.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or similar role.
- Previous experience working as a part of a team
- Ability to work underpressure in a fast passed environment
- Keen eye for detail and experience working to fine margins
