As a PPM Co-ordinator, your primary responsibility is to co-ordinate (of course) the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance works on the military estate, ensuring that all tasks are delivered to time, quality and budget.

You'll also be responsible for the management of sub-contractors and ensuring that all Maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with statutory regulations and completed works are appropriately recorded on the company systems.

You will manage and co-ordinate building & civil (B&C) and mechanical & electrical (M&E) planned and reactive maintenance, providing additional support to the Pre-planned Managers by assessing work requirements, preparing estimates and/or completing non-complex design work as directed.

You will also oversee checking of Risk Assessments and Method Statements and are in charge of authorizing sub-contractors and other supporting teams to proceed with scheduled maintenance works.

Ready to join the team?

You must have comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel Spreadsheets, and ideally have suitable experience in the construction/service/FM industry of asset maintenance as well as thorough understanding of statutory regulations with regards to asset maintenance

Salary: Up to £47,500
Location: Larkhill
