We are currently recruiting for one of trusted clients who are looking for a Co-ordinator. This is your chance to join an events company that work on the lighting/visual displays, and more for huge events such as Glastonbury Festival!

What You Can Expect

Main Responsibilities of a Co-ordinator

  • Maximise usage and revenue of company-owned equipment while minimising external spend.
  • Address equipment shortfalls using strong knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinate with Project teams on equipment availability, offering alternatives when necessary.
  • Ensure quality sub-hired solutions through supplier collaboration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Adhere to the company's HSEQM policy and support audits.
  • Maximise equipment usage and minimise sub-hire and external costs.
  • Maintain high supply chain quality through supplier management.
  • Collaborate with group companies to increase group revenue and reduce external expenses.
  • Track, report, and manage PO revenue share items.
  • Grow external revenue through effective dry hire management.
  • Monitor and purchase consumable items.
  • Obtain equipment cost estimates for Project managers during quoting.
  • Advise HODs on potential capex purchases using company reports.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Previous project coordination experience.
  • Experience dealing with supply chain management.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
