Aviation Network and Planning Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage route network recommendations and capacity optimisation of the airline
- Assess and recommend new routes and bases
- Develop financial forecasts for potential network expansions
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape
- Optimise flight schedules for profitability and strategic positioning
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational feasibility
- Manage airport slot allocations and regulatory affairs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (Network, Scheduling, strategy) role ideally within travel or aviation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; additional technical skills (e.g., PowerBI, SQL) are a plus
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Passion for optimisation and data-driven decision making
