Family Legal Assistant

Do you have experience working in family law and are looking for a change? If so, our client, who are a well-established and expanding law firm, is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Legal Assistant to join their dynamic Family Law team. With nine offices across South London, the firm have experienced significant growth over the past five years, and they are committed to providing exceptional legal services to their clients.
The Role
They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail to support the Family Law team in various administrative duties. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the team by:
- Providing audio digital dictation typing for the department.
- Preparing court bundles with precision.
- Uploading and managing information in the case management system.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
To thrive in this role, you must have:
- Previous experience working in family law, which is essential.
- Proficiency as a typist with excellent accuracy and speed.
- A strong command of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with BigHand is highly desirable.
