Join our client as an HR Coordinator! We are seeking a proactive and independent individual to support our client's HR Team. As a member of this dynamic team, you will work collaboratively with other HR professionals in providing HR support to employee populations across our client's UK-based business units and functions, including international HR activity. This is a temporary position, offering the flexibility of full-time hours and hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative duties and provide peer checking across the team when necessary.
  • Actively participate in project work and contribute to team meetings.
  • Stay up to date with legal requirements and relevant HR developments to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information in line with GDPR legislation.
  • Ensure all working practises adhere to HSE legislation.
  • Provide HR stakeholders with broader support opportunities, including potential international HR support.
  • Generate, maintain, and manage accurate employee records in accordance with data protection legislation.
  • Update HR systems with correct employee data and oversee the systems' effectiveness.
  • Assist with data and analytics reporting when required.
  • Ensure accurate employee data is submitted to Payroll and relevant documentation meets audit criteria.

Qualifications:

- Essential: Previous HR experience.

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines.
