Senior Security Consultant – Security Assurance
Location - Remote UK with travel to client sites as required.
In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team to provide NCSC Assured Consultancy Services, focusing on comprehensive Cyber Security Audit and Assurance. You will play a key role in shaping strategic direction and thought leadership within the field of Cyber Security Audit and Assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Audit and Assurance against frameworks such as ISO27001, NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework, NIST Cyber Security Framework, and PCIDSS
- Engage with cross-functional teams, supporting oversight bodies in evaluating Cyber Resilience across different organizations.
- Deliver clear and concise reports outlining gaps, vulnerabilities, risks, and recommended actions.
- Lead workshops and assessments with various departments to evaluate quality management and process documentation.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills, with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
Required Skills:
- Possess deep knowledge of Cyber Security Audit and Assurance frameworks such as ISO27001, NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework, NIST Cyber Security Framework, and PCIDSS.
- Hold a rounded knowledge of IT systems and services, including Cloud Computing, Mobile Computing, IT Security, Zero Trust, and security architecture principles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Clearance required:
You will be able to obtain or already hold government security vetting at SC level
