Position Overview:

Th are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managed services and a technical background. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills, capable of driving business growth and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT managed services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Present our services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the IT managed services industry.
  • Technical Background: Beneficial to have technical knowledge or experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or cybersecurity.
  • Sales Skills: Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across the Northwest region to meet clients and prospects.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
