Property Administrator (Sales & Lettings)

Salary: £24k - £26k DOE +company benefit package

Location: Hove

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30pm

Have you got great organisation and administrative skills with a background in property or lettings and want to work for a proactive, friendly and forward-thinking property organisation? If so, I have a great opportunity to join a well-established independent agency that offers a great working environment, training and the opportunity to progress your career based out of their Hove offices.

You will already have a proven administrative background and great customer services skills with the ability to work in a bust customer facing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients when they come into the office.
  • Diary management - booking in viewings, valuations, listings and any other meetings as required.
  • Dealing with incoming calls, taking message and updating the inhouse CRM as appropriate.
  • Registering new tenants, purchasers and taking references if required.
  • Dealing with queries from tenants and landlords and addressing any concerns and resolving any issues.
  • Arranging inventories, check ins and check outs.
  • Sending out marketing information and property details.
  • Arranging key collections with contractors, and sales staff.
  • Administration, dealing with emails and sending out correspondence.
  • Preparing tenancy agreement and renewals.
  • Booking in compliance and health and safety inspections/certifications etc.
  • Updating property details, social media, marketing material and window presentations.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Proven administration background within property sale/lettings/property management.
  • Great communication and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively.
  • Excellent IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel, CRM systems, Alto/Goodlaw would be an advantage.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Natural problem solver that works well under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for the property industry.
