My large client in the retail sector is currently looking for an experienced, Senior HRBP to sit within their global I.T function. You will be the driving force behind several initiatives including the expansion of continental offices, Global Enablement, partnering with European VP's and succession planning and development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the global I.T HR function
- Liaising with stakeholders up to VP level
- All things HR and making decisions which may have a global impact
- Being the 'Voice of Europe' within a global audience
Skills that would make you successful in this role:
- Vast experience as a HRBP for a large company in a global audience
- Superior knowledge and experience with the 4box model
- Employment Law knowledge and how this can land within different locales
- Ability to work independently
- Workday implementation experience - bonus
- US or India experience - bonus
