A college in Birmingham are seeking a dedicated T Level Health Lecturer to join their team in Longbridge, Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical industry background, a teaching qualification and a Level 3 qualification in a health-related subject. This role is crucial in providing high-quality education to students pursuing their T Level in Health.

Day-to-day of the role:
- Delivering engaging and informative lectures to T Level Health students with a focus on practical and theoretical aspects of healthcare.
- Preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with curriculum standards.
- Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback to support their academic and professional development.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the health sector to ensure relevance and accuracy in teaching content.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the T Level Health curriculum.
- Providing academic support and guidance to students as they prepare for careers in the health industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in a health-related subject.
- Substantial clinical industry experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of the current health sector and its practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
