Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting a Financial Controller for a rapidly expanding SME based in Crawley (3 days onsite per week and the rest remotely). The role manages a small team and takes responsibility for all aspects of accounts for the business.This post has genuine progression to become FD in the next 2-3 years maximum.
Candidates need to be ACA qualified from a top 4 accounting firm with more recent experience as a Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller to apply.
The role takes responsibility for everything ranging from the preparation of monthly management accounts, VAT, year end accounting, balance sheet control, P&L, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, management of the transactional finance team, consolidations, management of the audit process, systems and process improvements and ad hoc projects.
