Description
- Providing legal advice to clients on property-related matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property agreements
- Conducting research on legal issues and providing legal updates to clients
- Representing clients in property disputes and negotiations
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Maintaining client confidentiality and professional discretion at all times
- Collaborating with other members of the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Contributing to the overall success of the company by meeting or exceeding assigned performance targets
Profile
A successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
- A degree in Law or a related field
- Admission to practice law in the United Kingdom
- Strong knowledge of property law
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
