Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker for a temporary to permanent position at a day centre located in Hammersmith. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support to individuals with learning disabilities in a care setting. You must be able to swim, as some activities will require aquatic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities at the day centre.
- Assist with daily activities and personal care.
- Participate in and supervise aquatic activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all service users.
- Work collaboratively with the care team and other professionals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Support Worker.
- Ability to swim and supervise swimming activities.
- Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to providing excellent care.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work.
