Monday- Thursday 7am-5:30pm

Pertemps are recruiting for a workshop/ prep shop worker in a family-feel engineering company located in Swadlincote.
Role:
- Preparing/cutting jobs ready for fabrication welding.
- Offloading / loading vehicles.
- Job requirements will vary between workshops.
Experience:
- A basic knowledge of fabrication and workshop experience would be beneficial.
- Strong understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Forklift license would be useful but not essential.
- Be self-motivated and able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to work in a safe manner following health, safety, environment and quality guidelines and instructions.
