We are looking for experienced Private Client lawyers to join a busy Wills, Trusts and Probate team in Kent to assist in driving the team forward with genuine career development and progression opportunities.
Applications are encouraged from Private Client Legal Executives or Solicitors with 6 years+ PQE.
- Good solid knowledge of a full spectrum of Private Client matters.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- First-class client care and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable managing relationships with IFAs, accountants and clients.
- Experienced in developing new business relationships.
- Able to work under your own initiative with minimal supervision; however, you must be a team player.
Senior candidates will ideally hold STEP or SFE memberships, or be working towards this status.
The successful candidate will join a friendly team and have extensive private client
experience within a similar environment, and be able to manage their own caseload of files with
minimal supervision. This is a busy and demanding role therefore individuals must be able to
prioritise work, use initiative and work proactively, coupled with a good client manner and technical
competence.
