Resourcing4HR are working with one of our clients, a globally renowned leader in business intelligence and market analysis within their sector. We are looking for a highly organised Payroll and HR Administrator to join their HR team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of Temp to Perm if based in Sheffield. If based in London, the position will remain temporary until the end of 2024.
This role requires **immediate availability** and will involve working in a hybrid capacity (2 days in the office or can be considered on a remote basis)
Location: Sheffield (Temp to Perm) or London (Temp until Dec 2024)
Salary: Up to £35,000
Contract: Temporary - until 31st Dec 2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and administer payroll for employees in various global regions, with support from the external payroll provider.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including maintaining up-to-date records of wages, bonuses, deductions, and tax compliance.
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support HR administration, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and managing benefits programmes.
- Prepare and submit payroll and HR reports, working closely with the HR and Finance teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years' experience in payroll and HR administration, ideally within a multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, SAP) and HR management systems.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, excellent organisational skills, and a strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
