Project Engineer - IT Talent
We're searching for a skilled Project Engineer to join a growing tech solutions company in Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a background in managed services and a passion for delivering IT projects and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead single-day projects, managing the full project lifecycle to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide technical expertise in networking, infrastructure, and wireless technology, especially for client escalation requests.
- Support and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure, focusing on MS365 and networking technologies.
- Configure and install network hardware, manage new user setups, and conduct data migrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage project timelines, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Attend client sites as needed for installations and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical project environment, with hands-on exposure to network technologies, VLANs, MS365, and ERP.
- Solid understanding of cloud and on-premise solutions, and the ability to deliver under agile frameworks.
- Expertise with Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Intune, Active Directory, Azure, and MS365).
- Familiarity with networking hardware (Draytek, UniFi, etc.) and protocols like VLANs, subnets, and routing.
- Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
