  • *Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Operational Support:** Assists the Bar Manager in managing all aspects of bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

2. **Customer Service:** Provides exceptional service to guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively. Engages with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a memorable experience.

3. **Staff Coordination:** Trains, supervises, and motivates bar staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Conducts performance evaluations and provides constructive feedback to foster employee growth.

4. **Inventory Management:** Assists in maintaining adequate stock levels by monitoring inventory, placing orders, and conducting regular stock checks to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiveness.

5. **Financial Oversight:** Helps prepare financial reports, including daily sales and cash flow, and assists in managing the bar's budget to meet revenue targets and reduce costs.

6. **Menu Development:** Collaborates with the Bar Manager to create and update drink menus, incorporating seasonal cocktails and promotions to enhance customer experience. Must possess extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and trends.

7. **Health and Safety Compliance:** Ensures that all bar operations comply with local health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, alcohol service laws, and sanitation practices.

- Previous experience in bar management or a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends, with the ability to craft innovative cocktails.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing high volume and varied customer demands.
- Required to work weekends and late-night hours into the early morning.
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
