Please note this role requires previous financial services experience.
This role is based in Bishops Stortford branch which is in a cluster including: Brentwood and Ware branches , which you may be asked to cover on occasion , hence requiring a car owner driver.
The day-to-day role:
- Assisting customers in achieving their goals through conducting Financial Wellbeing Reviews, helping customers take control of their own finances and educating those who do not have the necessary knowledge.
- Proving support to the team in undertaking end to end Member transactions and administration that results in service that stands out for all Members.
- Providing a high level of customer service and demonstrating confidence in talking to customers about savings, mortgages and general enquiries across all of our communication channels.
- Responsible for identifying any potential or actual customer vulnerability throughout interactions (directly or indirectly) with customers and applying appropriate safeguarding to avoid potential harm.
To be successful:
- You will have excellent customer service ability.
- Be able to work on-site Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday mornings (paid at time and a half)
- Previous experience in a customer facing role within financial services
- Preference for own transport
