About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and thorough Geography lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the curriculum and the ability to create a stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Geography lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Geography or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Geography at the secondary school level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
