We are recruiting for an Electrician Supervisor to join this caring company based in the Milton Keynes area. This is not a typical electrician role, as you will be an in house electrician. For this role you must be a member of an approved Electrical Governing Body Membership Scheme such as NAPT to act as the company's "competent person".
Responsibilities
Advise Directors and Management on their legal responsibilities and obligations Be responsible for the development of processes and staff meeting and achieving all the company's electrical needs and responsibilities.
Responsible for:
The maintenance and develop safe and effective electrical processes.
The development of staff to an appropriate level in regarding to carrying work out on site. Test staff effectively carrying out fixed wire and PAT tests. Ensuring appropriate advice is given where needed. You will be also be responsible for investigating the causes of regular electrical failures and advising on appropriate solution options.
You will need to be a car driver (mileage paid) as you will be be expected to go on site to work with drivers/installers and product designers.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30m - 4.30pm.
Salary is £42000 plus 25 day holiday plus Bank Holidays.
