Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting an international business, based in Andover, in their search for a Management Accountant on a 6-month contract basis.
Salary - £50-60,000 p/a + 15% bonus
Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of P&L performance and balance sheets each period for the division.
- Completion of balance sheet reconciliations and working capital management
- Supporting the commercial teams to deliver timely and insightful reporting
- Preparation of spreadsheet analysis and graphical outputs to help illustrate financial trends and reports to assist in the analysis of actuals vs targets and previous years' performance.
- Responsible for the division's P&L in the quarterly forecasting and budgeting process to meet group reporting requirements and timelines, to include collection and analysis of data; preparation and understanding of variances (sales, price/volume/mix, overhead and marketing spend variances).
- Responsible for completion of the balance sheet forecast for the division and understanding working capital variances.
- SAP key-user, providing training and support to the team in the use of the full range of SAP functionality.
Key Skills/Experience include:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA accountant.
- 2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced business.
- Experienced in owning Month end P&L/BS reporting and forecasting.
