A leading UK Fashion Retailer is looking to hire a Solution Architect to join the talented logistics engineering team for the re-architecting of their warehouse management, stock control and logistics.
Your focus will be to produce and own solutions to establish and improve controls around applications to ensure they're cost-effective, secure, compliant, performant and scalable.
Location: 1-2x per week to Stoke on Trent Office
Salary: £80,000-£90,000
Experience:
- Experience designing and delivering changes in omnichannel retail and supply chain solutions.
- In-depth knowledge and exposure to solution design for on-premise, hybrid or multi-cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience coordinating in-house and 3rd party teams (on-site and offshore)
- Understanding of IaaC such as ARM or Terraform
- Understanding of virtualisation and containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proficiency in key design decisions, technical documentation, test plans, business cases and other key business deliverables
