We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Asset Management Team as a Contract Delivery Officer.

Looking for a role that gives you the ability to play a big part in our success, want to be to part of an energetic, dynamic, and hardworking team, then we might be just what you are looking for.

As a Contract Delivery Officer, you will work closely with our Contract and Compliance Manager to deliver our small but extremely important compliance contracts.

Responsible for making sure that our buildings and homes meet all regulatory and statuary requirements, this is an opportunity to be influential in the success of our small team, at the same time as exposing you to new and exciting opportunities that will stretch you professionally.

With experience in managing contracts, you'll have excellent administrational skills and able to work under pressure. You'll be organised and able to adapt to any changes in the workload, always ensuring accuracy. Excellent numerical and analytical skills are a must, with a good understanding of Excel and manipulating data. You'll share our values and demonstrate strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering results.

This is a full-time position, you will be contracted to a flexible 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

In return we provide the opportunity to work flexibly and a competitive salary of £32,496.75 - £36,514.53 per annum.
