The ideal candidate Teaching Assistant will have a good understanding of the UK curriculum and excel at working both one-on-one and with groups of learners. SEND experience is advantageous but not essential.

- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
- Work with students on a one-to-one and group basis.
- Support those children who have an EHCP.
- Differentiate learning to meet each childs' needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress.
- Help with classroom management and organisation.
- Encourage and engage students in their learning.
