**KS2 Teacher

I am seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to provide PPA and leadership cover across Key Stage 2 in a vibrant school located on the outskirts of Doncaster. We have a close working relationship with this school and the headteacher is dedicated to providing her students with the best possible education from all angles and really values strong and experienced educators. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic teacher looking to make a significant impact while maintaining a work-life balance. The position commences in September, offering a competitive daily rate.
**Day-to-day of the role:
- Delivering high-quality teaching to KS2 pupils during PPA time.
- Providing leadership cover, supporting the continuous improvement of teaching standards within KS2.
- Planning and preparing lessons that engage and challenge students, ensuring high levels of progress.
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's objectives.
- Adapting teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of pupils and promote inclusive education.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching across KS2.
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment framework.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of teachers.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Effective communication skills with pupils, staff, and parents.
