You will join an award-winning team that supports recruiters through training/coaching, implementing, and configuring Bullhorn, Bullhorn Automation, and Bullhorn Analytics systems.
The role
Our client is seeking a Bullhorn / Automation / Analytics Consultant / Trainer to join their team.
In this varied and exciting role, you will be working within the Bullhorn ecosystem: Bullhorn, Bullhorn Automation, Bullhorn Analytics, along with learning other new technologies as required.
You will deliver a blend of project management, training, coaching, and advice. You will also help configure Bullhorn, Automation, and Analytics. Your key goal will be to help recruiters get the best out of their Bullhorn estate.
Responsibilities:
- Project managing the implementation of recruitment software such as Bullhorn CRM, Bullhorn Automation, and Bullhorn Analytics
- Consulting with clients and building automation and analytics dashboards to improve recruitment processes and marketing campaigns on behalf of the client
- Consult and collaborate on best practice recruitment process and provide recommendations to clients
- Creating and recording training content for our online Recruitment HIIT platform
- Training recruiters to use Bullhorn, Automation, and Analytics

The ideal candidate
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Client-facing, assertive, authoritative, and consultative roles, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in training or coaching within a software technology or recruitment company, delivering training/consulting programs
- Highly organised with attention to detail; proficient in managing projects, organising diaries, and meeting deadlines independently while handling multiple clients and projects
- Adept at learning and adapting to new technologies, with robust problem-solving and business analytical skills
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in recruitment technology, specifically Bullhorn
- Experience in marketing automation, including identifying, building, monitoring, and refining campaigns
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Monday.com, or Asana
