Programme Manager/Director- Networks & Infrastructure- Higher Education
Progamme Manager/Director with experience in a senior leadership role in Networks and Infrastructure Development managing large multi-million pound programme's, is urgently needed to support our London University client. The Progamme Manager/Director will be responsible for the delivery of a 5 year, multi million pound delivery programme and roadmap to modernise our client's network and infrastructure services.
The Programme Manager/Director will be required to provide expertise in strategic programme management, leadership and collaboration, technology implementation and integration, strategic agile planning, stakeholder engagement, programme risk management and governance and Vendor Management.
The Programme Manager/Director will be tasked with delivering projects including, a platform to allow researchers to deliver new capabilities, excellent residential accommodation network experience, highly accessible/Ubiquitous Wi-Fi coverage across campuses for unmanaged devices, provide a platform for Internet of Things applications, Scalable WAN services connecting multi-campus and multi-cloud and a highly available data centre network to support on-premises service availability.

- Strong infrastructure & networks programme delivery experience, ideally within a large University or public sector environment.
- Experience in a senior leadership role in Network and Infrastructure Development
- Experience leading and managing large programmes of work (Multi million pound, complex multi year programmes)
- Significant experience in vendor management particularly in Cloud, and Network Architecture
- Experience of working successfully with a complex estates and IT team.
- High levels of self-motivation and the ability to motivate and lead a team .
Pay rate £700.00-£800.00 per day inside IR35 with 2 days on site per week in central London
