Our client are all about sustainability, there menu emphasizes wild game, sustainable seafood, and foraged plants.
What's involved?
Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a small team of Chefs and happy to work customer facing, open plan kitchen. Must be comfortable cooking with high quality fresh ingredients and have a real passion for food and be able to step up in absence of the Head Chef. Due to the location diving is essential.
