Client Services Administrator
Our client is looking for an individual who is looking to start their career in financial services or would like to assist our expanding administration team. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and under their own steam, whilst organising and prioritising their own workload. - Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Job specification:
- Answering phone calls and passing on messages to the Admin and Advisers
- Open and distribute post.
- Booking annual reviews with clients
- Preparing client packs for annual reviews and ad-hoc meetings
- Build relationships with the clients and assist with queries
- Processing and managing letters of authorities and chasing the providers for the information
- Setting up internal meetings when requested by management
- Assist with seminars preparation where required
- Reporting to the Administration Manager
Person specification:
- Experience working in an administrative or team capacity.
- Excellent verbal communication skills - telephone and written word.
- Very good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Adaptable to changing procedures.
- Time management.
- Organisation and prioritisation.
- Attention to detail.
