Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant

Your new company
Privately owned successful Property Developer with plans for growth, based close to the centre of Bromley. It's a small team with a very supportive and friendly culture.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for supporting them with the day-to-day accounts.
Predominantly you will be:

  • Processing all the Purchase invoices - printing, coding, obtaining authorisation and posting on to Sage Line 50
  • Reconciling the supplier statements
  • Processing expenses
  • Assisting with Payroll

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience within Purchase Ledger and accounts processing

What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity for someone with Purchase Ledger/Accounts experience who wants to learn more in time. As you will be working with the Finance Director (who is a Qualified Accountant), there is the opportunity to get involved with month-end duties and the management accounts.
It's a very friendly office of 12 people and everyone helps each other!
They work in the office 5 days a week, where you can either work 7.30am -4.30pm or 8.30am -5.30pm and you get an early finish on a Friday at 4.30pm.
