Technical Design Coordinator Contract

Support role within the Technical Design team:

Managing day-to-day administrative tasks including the processing of orders.

Good general IT skills and attention to detail required.

Design/architecture background preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Arrange shipments and couriers as and when required
- Communicate with internal teams on order status
- Assist with the set up of review panels and mock ups.
- Management and updating of project tracking in excel.
- Maintaining and tidying of mock up space
- Support vendor liaison and order timelines.
- Raising POs and operation of invoicing management software
- Management of online materials library
- Under guidance of technical design manager; support technical design development including:
o Preliminary CAD studies (Autocad and Vectorworks experience preferred)
o Material research
