The Role:

This multifaceted role is perfect for a Digital marketing expert who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will be at the forefront of the brand's digital strategy, driving organic traffic, optimizing ad spend, and ensuring cohesive, high-impact campaigns across all platforms.The role requires you to provide strategic insights and management-level guidance as instrumental in propelling the brand to new heights:

  1. SEO Strategy Development : Analyze current SEO performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop a comprehensive SEO plan to significantly boost organic traffic. Provide detailed, actionable instructions for the SEO assistant to implement.
  2. Product Description and Ingredient Listings Management: Overhaul and refine product descriptions and ingredient listings for accuracy, engagement, and SEO optimization. Guide and support our assistant in executing the outlined changes.
  3. Ad Budget Oversight: Review and optimize Google Ad and Facebook Ad budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies to maximize ROI. Deliver high-level insights and recommendations.
  4. Campaign Management : Coordinate the development and launch of monthly campaigns, including email newsletters, website banners, IG reel videos, blogs, and lookbooks. Ensure timely delivery and maintain a consistent brand voice. Collaborate with content creators to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  5. Product Merchandising Strategy: Analyze sales data and consumer behaviour to enhance online store performance. Develop and implement strategies for showcasing best-selling products to drive conversions.
  6. Integrating AI Tools: Introduce and manage AI tools for data analysis, customer insights, personalized marketing, and process automation. Provide strategic guidance on AI implementation and train staff to maximize benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO strategy development and execution.
  • Strong background in digital campaign management and content coordination.
  • Expertise in Google Ad and Facebook Ad budget management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with sales data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing and operations.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to provide high-level strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or bakeware industry is a plus.

Salary:

Upto £45,000 per annum
