As the Global Marketing Project lead you will create a deep connectivity process between internal functions, ensuring global marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to global business strategies.
The Role:
- Responsible for creating an internal workflow process to drive efficiency across the internal teams responsible for delivering marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for working closely with the finance department, ensuring the new process aligns with financial budgets.
- Responsible for driving consistent template deployment is adhered to, ensuring plans, briefs, and meeting forwards run efficiently and on time.
- Responsible for 1 direct report, who is responsible for managing the brand's central online hub for brand assets.
- Responsible for supporting the internal teams in brand cycles best practices and governance.
The Candidate:
- 10 years plus experience in Marketing, ideally in a marketing planning cycle position.
- Experienced in rolling out global processes to drive efficiency.
- A proven record in solving complex process issues and simplifying change to internal teams.
- A proven record in influencing c-suite stakeholders to drive organisational change.
