A rapidly growing business in Bath are urgently looking to appoint a Finance Assistant to join their team.
Your new role
The successful candidate you will be responsible for:
- Assist in debt chasing
- Raising sales invoices, ensuring all coding is correct
- Process invoices, assisting with supplier and client queries and the completion of new supplier forms. Paying suppliers in a timely manner
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Collation of payroll information
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. Additionally, you will have:
- Good working knowledge of Xero or similar
- Time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organisational skills
What you'll get in return

- 1-3 days office based, the reminder can be worked from home
- Close to all public transport ( train / park & ride)
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
