Submissions Growth Manager

We are looking for a pro-active and dedicated individual to join to join the Customer Success team as a Subissions Growth Manager and drive forward the programme of Submissions growth and retention across the business.

You will be responsible for a team of Submissions Onboarders and Development Representatives, and will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to help execute our submissions strategy and hit our growth targets.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Achieve submissions KPIs for every single Chambers guide and overall aggregate yearly targets.
  • Manage team of Submissions Development Representatives and Submissions Onboarders to drive new submissions and submissions retention year on year.
  • The Submissions Growth Manager will help build and execute programmes to ensure firms resubmit the following year and 'cross-submit' to other Guides.
  • Help to build out a superior customer journey for all submitting firms, making it easy for firms to submit.
  • Coordinate all submission deadline dates with marketing and research to ensure consistency.
  • Build, track and manage all key metrics relating to submissions, working with the data teams on visualisation and analytics**.**

Skills and qualifications:

  • Client facing experience (Sales or Customer Success) a must
  • Knowledge of the legal sector and ranking submissions process
  • Impressive communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and remote
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Capable of working independently and at pace

Person specification:

  • A natural people person who enjoys helping others
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • High level of accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal), both external and internal and at all levels of seniority
