Sales Representative/Coordinator - Lichfield
Our client, an established and reputable construction accessory supplier, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Lichfield.
With over 40 years of experience, our client has become a market leader, renowned for their wide product range and exceptional service. They are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to contribute to their continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:
- Handle sales enquiries over the phone and via email
- Provide advice and information on the range of steel products
- Negotiate prices and build lasting relationships with customers
- Assist with the growth of the business and work collaboratively to increase sales
- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer needs
- Maintain a high level of customer service to encourage repeat business
- Support the Commercial Team with negotiation and customer contact
- Respond to quotation requests and provide technical assistance
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Maintain a strong understanding of the market and competitors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an internal sales or telephone sales role
- Ideally, knowledge of the construction industry
- Sales-driven with excellent customer service skills
- Strong telephone manner and the ability to work well within a team
- Proficient in using pricing systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to learn and explain technical information confidently
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £27,000 to £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
