We're recruiting for a Team Leader who will plan and organise the delivery of support and care to people living in a Supported Living Service in East Anglia.

  • Salary of £27,976 (£13.45 per hour, 40 hours per week)
  • Circa £4000 - £4500 paid on-top. Sleep-in's paid at £60. On-call £10 per weekday evening, £20 per Sat/Sun

The Team Leader Role

As the Team Leader you will have responsibility for the day to day leadership of staff delivering care and support to people within a supported living service in East Anglia.

You'll support the staff teams to deliver the best care and support possible, ensuring that people fulfil their potential for independence, choice, inclusion and control.

The Team Leader's responsibilities include;

  • Rotas
  • Care and Support plans
  • Leading a team and delegating duties
  • Problem solving
  • Supporting team meetings

The Successful Candidate

  • It's essential that you have experience of being either a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker, within a supported living service or residential home for adults with learning disabilities.
  • You'll be able to demonstrate a knowledge of CQC standards, experience in updating care plans/risk assessments, supervising and mentoring care/support staff
  • You'll need NVQ level 3 or QCF level 3 in health and social care
  • You'll demonstrate a passion for supporting people to achieve their goals
