Hays Business Support is delighted to be partnering with this unique organisation, which is part of an international commercial group of companies, who are looking for a part-time finance and payroll data clerk administrator. The company offers flexible work once your training is completed, and requires someone who can start immediately.
Your new role:
As the part-time Data Clerk, you will support the wider business in entering invoice and data transactions into SAGE. Amongst other tasks, you will support in the administrative duties across numerous finance teams. The key aspect of the job will be reporting these compilations to their overseas Regional and Head Office finance management teams.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Confident with SAGE
- Strong data entry skills
- Industry experience in finance would be desirable.
- Administration background.
- Be available until the end of October for the temporary assignment.
