Salary: £13 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Holidays: 25 days + Statutory holidays

Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT requests via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist with system upgrades and the roll-out of new applications
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software
