This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a Design and Build Construction company where you'll be working on diverse, bespoke projects whilst having regular training opportunities offered and flexible working available to you.
Are you an Estimator with experience working on high end projects within the Construction industry? Are you looking for an opportunity to work on interesting and bespoke projects whilst have further regular training opportunities?
This Design and Build Construction company specialise in upscale projects in both the Residential and Commercial sectors. With projects ranging from restoration of listed buildings to refurbishment of restaurants, bars and offices. Their main bulk of their projects they work on however are elegant, bespoke residential properties. With focus on quality of design and service has found them success and steady stream of work with both new and repeat business. That is why they're looking to add to their dynamic and close-knit team with this great opportunity.
In this role you will have number of responsibilities, you'll be responsible for managing multiple varying tenders. You'll be managing budgets and cost estimates for those projects. You'll also be doing take offs from the drawings and job specifications to help determine costs for labor and materials. As well as, attending on site meetings and liaising with in house and on site teams to ensure projects are running to specifications and solve and problems as they arise. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you'll mentoring and guiding junior members of the team during projects.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Estimator with experience working on high end projects. With a full UK driver's license to be able to travel to their different sites across the region.
