ELS Recruitment are proud to partner an established, but fast growing business based in state of the art offices in Cuffley, Hertfordshire.

The role of Advance Pay Administrator will sit in the Sub-contractors payroll team and support customers (sub-contractors) in advancing their pay.

This is a busy and vital role, and as a newly created position provides a huge opportunity to design the process end-to-end and make it your own.

As the business is fast growing, there is a wealth of opportunity to develop your career and move upwards if that is your goal.

Key skills required;

  • Confident communicator
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Be able to apply newly learnt skills
  • Passionate about working hard and doing a good job
  • Previous administration skills are desirable, but not essential if you have the right attitude

The role is based on-site 5 days a week, with excellent recreational facilities such as a fully equipped gym, swimming pool and on-site restaurant and canteen.

The Advance Pay Administrator role will pay £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, plus other company benefits
