Our client is seeking 4 people to join their busy team in Royal Wootton Bassett. This is an established travel company that offers a friendly, buzzy work place with plenty of scope for progression.
Salary: £24k
Hours: 08:45 – 17:30
1st week: Mon – Fri 1st week
2nd week: Mon – Sat 2nd week ( with a day off during the week )
Therefore, still working 5 days a week, but every 2nd week the 1 day is a Saturday with a rota day off during the week
Based: Royal Wootton Bassett

What will I be doing?
You will be the first, after sales point of contact for customers who have purchased a holiday, you will be processing information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about their holiday.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone & email
- Enjoys working with a broad range of customers and clients and understands customer's
needs, wants and expectations
- Set, maintain and exceed customer service standards
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries within agreed timescales
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
Skill set required:
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and can provide evidence in this area
- Be a great problem solver, and able to think on your feet and show initiative
- Have a track record of responding to customer complaints and queries in a timely manner
- Able to demonstrate empathy and patience in developing customer relationships
- Have an outgoing and confident personality
- Must have great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in
writing to people at all levels.
