Paralegal - Commercial Property

Our client is based near East London are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their Commercial Property Team. This full-time, office-based role involves progressing client files and providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to solicitors. You will work closely with both a Partner and a solicitor, gaining in-depth involvement in various projects.
Key responsibilities include legal research, drafting documents, and ensuring all work adheres to the firm's standards. You will manage individual files, assist with billing, and maintain high standards of client service. Administrative duties include answering client queries, preparing contracts, and handling Land Registry applications. You will also support marketing efforts and organize meetings.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for Property law, strong communication skills, and a degree (not necessarily in Law). Experience in a Property Department within a law firm is preferred. You must be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in IT and a professional appearance are essential.
