Team PA & Office Coordinator

Role Overview:

This is a busy and varied role, supporting our Sales Team with all aspects of administrative duties, enabling the team to focus on selling properties in the prime central London area.

The successful candidate must be able to work in a busy environment being able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills.

You'll be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.

In addition, you must be a team player and have the ability to think on your feet and problem solve independently.
