Job Title: Nursery Assistant

Salary: £85 - 100 per day (paid weekly)
Aspire People are seeking passionate and dedicated Nursery Assistants to join our team, working in local nurseries and Primary schools with Nurseries attached across Rochdale. If you are nurturing, patient, and committed to providing the best start for young children, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children in their early years development, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist in planning and supervising age-appropriate activities.
- Encourage positive interactions and promote learning through play.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
- A passion for working with children and supporting their early development.
- A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Relevant childcare qualifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
