The role of an Instructor

As an instructor, you will work in a secondary school and be responsible for delivering the curriculum, assessing student progress, and managing the classroom environment. You will also engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices and act as role models, fostering critical thinking and ethical behaviour. Your role is to educate and guide students, preparing them for future academic and personal success.

Location: Watford and surrounding areas

Pay: £120 to £130 depending on experience

Academics are working as an agency for secondary schools in Hertfordshire and are seeking experienced Instructors to provide continuity in the classroom in the absence of their usual teacher. This can be to on a day-to-day basis, short term and long-term absences.

Must Have

  • Be degree qualified
  • Experience working in a UK school
  • Specialist knowledge in a subject e.g. Religious education, Math's, Science etc.
