We're working with a respected specialist provider seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead their multidisciplinary team at a brain injury rehabilitation service in South Wales.

**Role Overview:
As Service Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of a specialist residential and rehabilitation setting, ensuring compliance, performance, and delivery of excellent standards of care.
**Your Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, visible leadership to clinical and support teams
- Manage service budgets, staffing, and business development plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold clinical governance standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and high-quality care
- Promote collaboration across MDTs and ensure person-centred outcomes
**You Will Need:
- QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience leading residential or rehabilitation services
- Strong understanding of statutory frameworks and safeguarding
- Experience managing budgets, staff appraisals, and team performance
- Passion for improving lives through quality care and innovation
